ABOUT THE FIRM

Fulgione Law Office, P.C. was established by the founding principal Attorney Libby G. Fulgione, after years of practice in other renowned firms, in order to provide the Massachusetts communities responsible, aggressive and effective legal representation with a commitment to personal attention in each matter.

Attorney Fulgione started his career in the State of California over 20 years ago, after graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law and being admitted to the California Bar. He first practiced at the prestigious personal injury firm of Girardi & Keese in Los Angeles working directly under Attorney Robert M. Keese. Attorney Fulgione was second chair at more than twenty complex jury trials in the area of medical malpractice, products liability and catastrophic injury.

In 1993 Attorney Fulgione decided to return to his family and roots in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Attorney Fulgione was immediately admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and joined the firm of White, Inker, Aronson, P.C. While there Attorney Fulgione was a trial attorney in the domestic relations/family department working directly under the late Monroe Inker, the co-author of the ”Massachusetts Practice: Family Law and Practice” series and considered by many to have been one of American’s top domestic attorneys in history. Attorney Fulgione handled all the details and complexities of divorce and family matters, including estate evaluation, custody and alimony/support issues, asset division and other aspects from beginning of the case through trial or settlement. After several years in the domestic department, Attorney Fulgione moved to work as a lead trial attorney in the tort (civil) department of the firm working directly with Attorney Martin L. Aronson; being responsible for all facets of personal injury cases from inception through settlement or jury trial.

In 2001 Attorney Fulgione ventured out to create his own firm, which has become Fulgione Law Office, P.C.

For the last two years Fulgione Law Office, P.C.  has been proud to work with Evan M. Dooley, who has become the firm’s Senior Paralegal and new Operations Manager. Mr. Dooley has a history of working in the legal field for over the last 9 years providing administrative, investigative, and paralegal services in a vast amount of personal injury, divorce/domestic/family, criminal defense, probate, real estate, contractual relations and other civil litigation matters.
